Private cloud workspace

Check availability and start early access. Sign in, then press Start. Early access is free and has no end date. It covers one named user per verified email; to try it with your crew, email Jesse. Existing approved pilot access stays in place.
From your phone to the office
- Sign in to the private workspace and choose your company and job.
- Collect your field work. In the job editor, choose Save to job and wait for confirmation.
- Sign in on your computer with the same account, open that company and job, and review the saved work or prepare reports.
Unsent edits and waiting uploads stay on the device until saving succeeds. Another device cannot see them yet. Invited field users and managers can access company records; there is no job-by-job visibility restriction. Managers maintain schedules and review hours; field users collect job/ticket data and submit Draft hours. Personal tickets remain private unless you explicitly share them.
Individual and company access
Paid plans haven’t been decided. If crews use the workspace regularly, pricing will be worked out then and announced here before anything changes. In a company workspace, the owner counts as a user, and one person on both a phone and a computer counts once. People listed only for scheduling or hours don’t need their own login unless they’re invited to use the app.
Company owners can invite field users or office managers, revoke unused invitations and remove access while retaining company records. Invitations reserve available places and never trigger a charge.
Pricing and payment
Early access is free. There’s no checkout and nothing to pay. Creating an account doesn’t charge you or start early access; you start it yourself on Your plan, and it never turns into a paid subscription on its own.
If pricing comes later. If the tools get steady use, paid plans will be considered. Any switch will be announced on this page ahead of time, with the date it takes effect, and nothing will be charged unless you choose a plan. If early access ends, your saved work stays available to read and export; editing would then need an active plan. Launch registration is limited, and the account page shows current availability.
Custom software work
Custom calculators, report layouts, spreadsheets and workflow changes are scoped separately. Send a request to discuss the result, timing and any price before committing.
Already using the local Field workspace?
The older local Field workspace stores jobs only in the browser where you create them. Everything in it is free during early access with no licence key; it does not upload your jobs or activate cloud access.
To move an existing local job, download its job backup. In the private cloud workspace, select your company and use Import Field job backup. This creates a separate cloud job. Keep the original backup until you have checked the imported job.
Working without signal
While online, prepare an encrypted offline copy of a cloud job and check that it opens on your phone. Offline changes need to be returned, reviewed and saved to cloud when you reconnect. This is not automatic background synchronization. Newly prepared offline copies also support ticket photos and Draft hours for the prepared crew. Return those through the separate ticket/hours review step when connected; photos remain unconfirmed and hours remain Draft until reviewed online.
